We may email or call you to confirm ownership before processing. Most requests are completed within 30 days after verification.

What happens to your data

Profile, login credentials, saved addresses, wishlist, and session data are removed after verification.
Order, payment, delivery, and support records may be kept up to 8 years where required for tax, legal, or security reasons, then deleted or anonymized.
